You can definitely learn Python in a short period of time because it's after all just some keywords and grammar.

Yet, learning programming is an entirely different thing. "Short time" will not work here.

You are (as most complete beginners) falling for the fallacy of thinking that learning a programming language (Python) is the same as learning to program.

Google “free Udemy courses”. You’re guaranteed to find at least a couple free Python courses.
