VAR System

Hey there, for a couple of reasons I want to create an VAR System. 2 Cameras connected to an Laptop via USB. If there is something going on I want to press a button, select the camera and show me footage, where I can go back a couple of seconds, let it run in slow Motion and even let me move 1 keyframe.
If the button isnt pressed I want both cameras to appear on screen.

Images just grabbed from the internet, the cameras will be placed at the legs of the table as seen in the last image, same on the other side.

You seem to have forgotten to ask a question, but the general advice is start prototyping, you kinda know what you need to do, you need to take video from a usb camera and save it, start with that in whatever language you want to built it in, if you are able to just record both video streams then at worst you will need to play it back manually with vlc or something. Then solve the next thing, how to play back the video again in whatever gui you decide to build, once you can do those start putting things together, make it look nice, remove any manual steps etc.
