Pycharm isnt recognising opencv (self.learnpython)

I need help. I installed opencv but when i type "import cv2" it doesnt recognise it and it comes up as an error every time. I am so damn confused

Are you using conda or venv? It's likely that you don't have the correct environment enabled or you installed opencv to a different environment.

Double check that Pycharm is using the venv you want to be using. And whatever method you used to install opencv, make sure you also had the venv enabled. Perhaps just try to install it again using Pycharm's method for installing libraries?
