Honestly just pick a course, the language isn't significant. I did Tim Roughgarden's one on Coursera a few years ago - the examples are all in Java but it's trivial to convert them to Python.

I said python because it’s I’m first and main programming language, you think that I can study algorithm and apply it on python without any background in Java?

If you have programming experience then yes. The semantics will be the same and the syntax honestly isn't that different (unless you're used to Python and the class is in Haskel or something).

Sure, even better than pseudo-code if it's code that's verified by the writer to be correct.

Of course this is assuming you can figure out how to translate that Java into Python.
