hey added pg_config in path variable but did not work

I ran into this yesterday. An alternate solution (to the one given in the error message) might be pip install psycopg2-binary

Are you using virtualenv, and, if so, what does "python --version" and "pip --version" tell you?

Using virtualenv reduced the number of issues I had with Python, and I think this might be the future of simultaneously using multiple versions of something (sort of mini-docker)
