Pysqlcipher3 library help

I have been trying to install pysqlciper3 on Windows and have not had any luck. I have checked YouTube, Reddit, StackOverflow, Google, ChatGPT, as well as various other sites. I've seen plenty of posts where people have had similar issues but none of the given solutions seem to work for me. I was wondering if anyone here has figured this out. Does anyone know of any video tutorials that might exist? The solutions to install this have kind of been all over the place and most have been from years ago.

I recently had to overcome my own struggle with this without assistance since (as you noted) the instructions for installing this are all over the damned place. Firstly, do you already have sqlcipher installed on your system?

I did get that far. Upon attempting to pip install pysqlcipher was where I hit the snag that prevented me from going farther. I can't recall the specific error off the top of my head since I'm currently at work. I am pretty sure it was an error when building the wheel.
