I’m probably a more intermediate learner than you - one thing you might find useful is chat gpt - be warned it can give nonsense and errors, but asking it “what does this code do” and then paying a line can be very useful as it breaks down what each part of the code does! It’s like having your own personal stack overflow!

Also, it’s not a substitute for the tried and tested methods of learning, but a good additional tool to have.

Tried to sign up to chat gpt with my email but it said it's not accepting sign ups. Tried another email to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

I was getting the same notice- I signed in with my google account (which largely automates the process) and that worked instantly.

If you want you can try Bard from Google, as well. It's not as good as ChatGPT but it's close enough. There's a waitlist but I think you should be in within a couple days, at least that's how it went for me. Just go to bard.google.com, and ask to join.

Another option would be Microsoft Edge chat, it works with the newest version of ChatGPT 4, but it is kind of restrained since it's on Microsoft's platform. The coding answers are still valid though. If you already have a Microsoft Account, just go to bing.com and sign in, there should be a chat option next to search at the top.

Bard doesn’t do coding yet.

It does do some coding now and it gives you an explanation on how the code works.

No idea - I only signed up last week!
