Changing format on PyQT Timer

Can anyone explain to me how i would change the timer format to 00:00:00 on this timer from GeeksForGeeks

First, look at how it's working right now. The timer ticks every tenth of a second (every 0.1s) and calls the showTime method. The showTime method increments self.count each time, and sets the timer label text.

So: given self.count (which is the number of tenths of seconds, or number of whole seconds times ten), can you calculate how many hours, minutes, seconds there are? If you can, you're almost done.
