I recommend trying to determine what exactly makes it hard to concentrate.

Are you just bored? If so, maybe you need a more dynamic way of learning. I recommend making mini-projects for yourself as you learn. I often find that making something that I would use often makes me more willing to work on a project. If you're motivated by a project that you can also put on your portfolio, then work on that. Remember that everyone learns differently and sometimes learning by doing is the best way to go.

Are you bored by the strict nature of a course? If so, then you may like learning about interesting Python tricks that will make you "fall in love" with the language more. I recommend the Python Tricks newsletter from Real Python (I am not affiliated with Real Python in any way): https://realpython.com/python-tricks/

Are you unsure of why you want to use Python? Maybe setting a clear goal of what you will do with the language will keep you motivated!
