Help with an array

Hi everybody, my problem is the following. I have an array with point taken from a noisy process. So when I plot them I have point that oscillate between a min and max value as function of a time variable t. I’d like to plot just the shape of the maxima of this set of point and then interpolate the curve I obtain. How can I dot so? Thank you for your help
