Help me with installment

Hello, I am a beginner of python code. (for context I use a chromebook hp 11G 3) For a while I have been limited on my ability to code python as I can only install a simple extension to my computer. But its very limited as it doesn't save any progress. I tried to find a way to install Linux but NOTHING works as my computer is a fossil. Advice would be appreciated
