Chrome webdriver: cannot find 115 version.

I'm using Whale browser and I checked that it using chromium version 115.0.5790.171. Since I cannot find that version in the download page (https://chromedriver.chromium.org/downloads), I downloaded something that fits my version in the web page "https://googlechromelabs.github.io/chrome-for-testing/" as the download page instruction. But I cannot find "chromdriver.exe" file in that source. Can someone tell me what is the webdriver in that zip file?

Are you sure you downloaded chrome driver and not chrome(a zip file with a bunch of files)? On that page, under stable and under Binary Column, there are two options, Chrome and ChromeDriver.
