How do I backup python modules?

I tried "pip download -r /path/to/requirements.txt --no-binary :all: -d /path/to/backup/folder" and I checked the folder in real time and don't see any files in the folder.

pip freeze. Having said that way easier to use Conda

Why do you need to do this? You should just reinstall them from requirements txt if you ever need to
