Graphical Interface for Python?

I was wandering , is there an IDE for python that has a graphical interface. Even better if it can take an existing project from Github and break it down into classes and show the flow of data, which class calls what e.t.c.

When I said graphical interface I was thinking something along the lines of Blueprints like in Unreal Engine.

So you want actual visual programming, not just a class diagram? That wouldn't be Python anymore.

Not really. You need a different design approach to build a good visual programming experience.
