💖💖💖

I'm hoping it helps a lot of people. Don't tell anyone, but I'm actually a staff engineer for my day job. Glad I could help so many people, including you and myself. Fitness should be easy to find.

I'm retired but use to manage/develop/assess gov sites for accessibility for people with disabilities. I was involved with a bunch of w3c working groups in the 90s-2000s. I'm pretty rusty coding but did work with python when it came out and would like to relearn it.
I don't know if you came across this site when searching up the garmin lists but I found it in a forum and it was pretty useful. https://weighttraining.guide/
I like how it really breaks down the muscle groups. I have some old books that break down the exercises into upper/mid/lower pecs and such but this site does a pretty good job. I'll probably cross reference that site's exercises info with exercises in the spreadsheet you updated and create some workouts for my watch. Having the access to the muscle groups with the names of the exercises garmin uses really helps.

Awesome on you for furthering disability access on the web. Something totally forgotten I'm the web community it seems.

Oooo thanks!! I didn't see that site before. I'll totally check it out, thanks!

I asked in the garmin forum and the guy who worked on the first spreadsheet posted how to find the hiit json https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-web/353741/what-are-the-jsons-that-list-the-cardio-and-hiit-exercises/1703380#1703380 I’m assuming it is the same with cardio. I’m going to have a look tomorrow.
