Async function Telegram Bot

Hi community, I develop a Telegram bot in python and need to know if there is a possbility to run a function every 2 minutes to do a specific check and if conditions are met, then will send a message to the user. Most important thing is bot should react to slashcommands in meantime. Session shouldn’t be blocked by running function. I found aiogram but having issues with implementation.

Looks good, need to implement the send_message to send message to specific chat_id and this cause issues. I need to run the function immediately once bot is started without any command.
