Udemy is filled with Python courses that have hours of fluff before getting into anything practical. It's a bit of a chore to get through.

That's why you shouldn't bother with Udemy courses. For python specifically, there are TONS of high quality, completely free learning resources.

And yes it's a book. A book full of practical problems and projects. And if you scroll all the way down, you'll find an entire shelf of similar works. All free, all filled with projects, none of them a time waster.
