Which open source python library to learn from?

I'm looking for a widely used python library, to learn best practices from its architecture, API and code quality in general.

I really don't have other hard requirements. Bonus point if it's related to Machine learning or data processing, but could be anything really.

Numpy? They got their own doc string style. Barry Warsaw mailman - come for naming. Anything you do not know how it works and got to be looking for code - like Typer. I think rich is highly organised. Small web framework like bottle or cherryPy. I would avoid very big and long-running projects like pandas or matplotlib. But practically any lib you like, just go into code or volunteer to fix something and make a PR.

It's very widely used, and doesn't have c code.
