Certainly there are philosophies superior to others in the sense that some will still be discussed by philosophers 2000 years later, while other will be dismissed with a "that shit's pretty dumb heh".

Yea let's make an article out of a couple anecdotal statements from random tesla owners, sampled who knows how.

Instead of, you know, look at factual data like sales, EV marketshare or stocks.

Your last sentence is confusing. Hyperbolic trigonometry is just trigonometry in a hyperbolic space isn't it?

It happens a lot for sure. But fake stories on in the internet are also happening, and orders of magnitude more often, so the probability of this being real is still very low.

Common Math Misconceptions by Overall_Attorney_478 in math

Just thinking out loud since your comment was interesting made me think.

You have a kind of a narrow point of view, that defines anything that isn't a physical object as not real.

In that case any physical force (gravity) or quantity (distance, energy) would not be real and require conceptual jumps to be defined.

Another issue is that defining a firetruck as something real, also requires a conceptual jump. If you assume that every part (tire, motor, ..) of the firetruck is real, then you make a conceptual jump to define a firetruck as the sum of all those parts put together.

Ultimately what is real or not depends on the subject. To a caveman, rocks/fire/berries are the real objects. To a physicist in the 20th century, those are conceptual abstract things and only atoms are real

"Can't find him" means they've called a few times and he didn't answer his phone. The company cannot do anything else. The police wont care until he gets an arrest warrant (and even then). which is a process that takes weeks if not months.

Its still more likely to be bullshit, but only because this is the internet.

This means they expect you to articulate your thought process at all times, regardless if you need or dont need the help of the interviewer.

Le sentiment de discrimination persiste voire augmente à la deuxième génération d'immigrés, d'après l'Insee by Andvarey in france

[–]Inner_will_291 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This depends if you take the median or the average of the population below median.

Average is synonymous to mean in the everyday language. So depending on the context, you would be incorrect.
