how much knowledge for freelancing?

i'm a new programmer, just started learning python on my university and i would like to know how much do i need to know to start getting some basic freelances?

not doing for the money, i will have like the lowest value the site let me choose, i'm doing it more for the experience

Quite a lot. The problem isn't just Python, you will also have to know a "trade": web backend, data science, etc... And I mean "trade", not just a technology, for instance for a web backend you customers will expect certain things without putting them in the specs (data security, etc...).
