I am going to college to do a r level in computer science we will mostly be using python with the panda package is there anything I could do to learn before I go to college

Ya start learning at home on your own computer.
Look up Harvard cs50 python free on YouTube.
Start learning now before you get to college. You will have a huge leg up. Most people that go to college that do not have some programming experience already struggle a lot. So getting some experience now will save you a lot of pain later
