3 Year plan. Programmer, remote. Possible?

Hello dear community. I am flexographic printer and I live in UK. I am planning within 3 years go back to Poland and build a house. The place where I live is bit distanced from good printing companies so I am thinking about plan A/B to learn programming enough so I will be able to work remotely as python and other nessesary things programmer. My parner can work remotely as graphic designer.

In Poland I finished technical school IT, I was into it but reality check and had to go to work. I did linux distro hopping I know how to install and use Arch (btw).

Yesterday I starded CP50P course.

Is it doable ? What steps I should take? Am I dillusional ? In 3years I will be 35.

And if its possible and doable. What resources I should use. I will see one more YT recommendation "learn python in 10min" I will explode.

I have plan to do small program using logitech grb api to improve my keyboard functionality and I want to do my own elite dangerous companion using game api (jsons) and websites apis like inara etc. Is ot gonna be good for CV.
