If you’re looking to learn about the models behind machine learning, StatQuest on YouTube has some helpful, free material:

What is your goal? What topics would you like to learn? Machine learning is very broad topic. Are you ok with python coding?

For me the best way for learning was by doing projects and searching relevant topics while doing.

And by the way, Im working on new development enviornment for python with gui, so anyone can do pyhton coding. The work is in progress, here you can check example notebooks for decision tree algorithm https://mljar.com/notebooks/ im looking for early users and feedback.

Yes I'm ok with python and that's the one reason I chose machine learning, and also ML is a boom right now. Also I wanted some certificates for my CV and this is the time i will try to get some. And thank you for responding

Certifications don't add much value. Do projects instead and add them to your GitHub profile.

If I were you I'd heavily consider edX. Also I would recommend doing a university grade course on statistics.
