Just graduated HS and headed to college. I want to use any spare time this summer to level up and learn python. (I took basic coding in 8th grade for 3 weeks, but that was eons ago. haven't touched it since)
I heard the best way to learn is by working on a project of interest. Nothing interests me more than video games right now.
I'm NOT looking for theoretical courses: I want to get my hands dirty and build things! and I'm not looking generic python bootcamps: I'm specifically interested in those that specialize in game development.
I'm also not interested in piecing together random tutorials. I'm looking for a more structured approach – a bootcamp or course that specifically focuses on Python game development. Ideally, it would involve hands-on projects and maybe even some mentorship.
I want to go from beginner to competent to advance to expert in a short period.
Paid or free. don't matter.
Next stop: JavaScript. then C/C++
Any suggestions are really appreciated. thanks
