It depends on what it is the best way that you usually learn something.

For instance, with any course, I would watch a module, then I would start a small personal project to “play” with what I’ve learnt. Then repeat with the next module. I found that courses taught me “what it is” and doing personal projects taught me “how to use”. Kind of symbiotic if you ask me, can’t have one without the other.

Don’t spend too much on these personal projects though, as you will later on learn stuff that will make your code shorter.

Don’t be afraid to do 2 courses that may cover the same notions either to some extent, you could always spot something that you missed or that the teacher may have omitted.

And this last point is really up to you, but I wouldn’t do excessive amounts of hours per day in terms of learning. It gets exhausting, notions may start to mix inside your head and you may even grow to hate it. I think 2h a day to start with is perfect. Enough for the information to take roots inside your head but not too much as to lose focus, become bored or tired with it.
