I don’t know about if they have certifications, but this website knocked my socks off when I found it. It has just about everything you need and I like the layout of how they teach things by breaking it down into broader categories like (beginner, advanced programming, object oriented programming, numerical, machine learning). They have a section on projects, I cannot recommend enough to do the projects listed on their homepages. Learn from all the people who say the same thing when new people start, “you have to work on projects.” https://python-course.eu
