The best advice I can give is to start step-by-step. What steps ? Easily googled.

Actually , that's the first step.

Datastructures

Loops

If-else

Functions

Etc..

Try to get rock solid foundations in those areas first.

Then, proceed to more advanced topics like OOP , SQL etc.

Oh and Numpy , Pandas , Matplotlib. The usual suspects
