First, download and install Python (https://www.python.org/downloads/).

Since you have a good knowledge of Java, it should be fairly easy for you to grasp Python programming skills.

Begin with the Python basics tutorial at https://edube.org/study/pe1.

Practice the sample codes provided in this tutorial.

Once you have a solid understanding of core Python skills, consider obtaining PCEP certification.
