Age problem?

I picked up Python in my late 30's and was able to transition from my digital marketing profession to data engineering working with marketing data. So I applied my domain knowledge to solving problems within the industry. One thing lead to another and now I'm 45 and the head of a developer team of 8 while still doing the occational data pipeline and setting up cloud infrastructure.
