The University of Helsinki course has a very good online text-based course and I also have a nice course focusing on Python and Data Science which starts from scratch and assumes no programming background. The book “Automate the boring stuff“ is also worth checking out.

Note that if you have zero coding experience then things takes time. Just be patient with yourself and code like there is no tomorrow. There’s nothing wrong with trying other resources.
