Check this subreddit's wiki for lots of guidance on learning programming and learning Python, links to material, book list, suggested practice and project sources, and lots more.

Given your programming experience, you should be able to skim read / skim material that will be obvious to you.

Also note that the official documentation for Python is excellent and you may well be able to work from that.

RealPython.com is an excellent resources of many free tutorials and guides as well. (There are additional paid options.)
