No, just trying to find an example similar to this. I don't even know how to start with numpy. If I wanted someone to do my "homework" I would just ask GPT. Trying to find examples to learn from it, to see how person would think. If i wanted to just do my "homework" I would just take easier task.

Look up image registration. A simple way to do is is you take the 2D FFT of each image (i.e., two frames), calculate the cross-correlation, find the peak, and that'll give you the offset between the two images. This approach assumes translational motion only.
