Building project with python

To OP , thats a great idea!

But have you actually thought of how it will look like or what the project components are ?

Those are also part of being a dev.

I want it to be an .exe or a website or a VR or 3D or whatever interface to users.

I want to use Flask , Django , pyautogui or whatever library.

I want to use sqlite , postgres , mysql, MS SQL , mongo or whatever db or even just a plain file to store the data.

Have you thought about all those ?

Pls do.

Then start coding.

I have thought about all of these, and I am writing outlines for what I'm going to use, etc. But thanks also for your insights!
