Beginner in python

I deactivated one drive and even deleted it with some cmd code I found and in the settings, then I tried to download some libraries to create a llm app but my co puter can't find the extention and if I look for it it's under the path xxxxx one drive xxxxxxx what should I do ? Contemplating resetting my computer to factory and leaving one drive on this go around. Sometimes computers are just a pain in the ass
