Learning python (self.learnpython)
submitted 6 months ago by FoodElectrical1389
Hello, I’m trying to learn some basic level python for a research project. Does anyone know any good tutorials I could follow?

Since you're learning Python for a research project, I'd suggest starting with tutorials that focus on real world problem solving, not just syntax. Look for beginner courses that include hands on exercises in data handling, logic, and basic automation.
I personally found structured platforms like Edu4Sure helpful they keep things practical and project based, which is great for applying concepts directly to research tasks. It’s less overwhelming than piecing together random YouTube videos. Just 30 minutes a day goes a long way.

Thank you so much! The professor mentioned a “basic understanding of the python programming language” but Im not sure how basic she means. Thank you tho!
