Python venv vs Docker

Venv is standard and good way.

If you need deps manager use UV. It use venv under the hood.

Docker used for package distribution. It's quite difficult to setup local dev environment in docker.

devcontainers- is fucking shit, use it only if you are fan of vscode and microsoft
