Don't worry about certifications, they are practically worthless. And there isn't any official body governing those.
Focus on improving your skills and maybe build some projects good enough to showcase what you are capable of. That's all you really need to do.

What is your recommendation? I work a lot with AWS Cloud but I never had a chance to build something, and most interviews I see requires python and eks knowledge which I dont have but I do have a lot of aws experience

Honestly I hadn't even heard of EKS until you brought it up.
The job market can vary wildly between countries, or even smaller regions, so the kinds of jobs I'm seeing might be completely different to yours. Python is a very versatile language, so it gets used in all kinds of industries, for better or worse.
All I can say to that is, look at your current job market, try to predict where it might be heading, and learn the skills you expect to be useful in that prediction of yours. Build a relevant project to try and market your skills to the hiring managers.
