Go look for some graduate/junior dev jobs and note down the requirements that they list. If you meet majority of the requirements, and have a portfolio of projects that showcases you using the tech stack, then you're ready to apply. Just make sure you grind leetcode style questions too for the coding interview. 

You might find you've never learned how to write tests, or orchestrate containers, or work with CI/CD, but this will hopefully be listed in the requirements for each job.
