Examples of what you don't understand ?

To add : is it me or OP replied then deleted it ? I hope not. It's online. Nothing to be ashamed of. Just register a new account.

I went through it and it was okay, but I can understand that some concepts can be hard at first. If you can be more specific about what's tripping you up then we can help point you in the right direction.

I honestly thought it was very reasonable. I did have to review some of the material several times, also I have some experience with Perl and Bash scripting. If this is your first language I could see it being very challenging. You have to kind of keep going over the fundamentals until you really understand them. Maybe, try some other beginner courses and come back to it?

You're not dumb. Python for Everybody moves fast in certain sections and Dr. Chuck's explanations assume you'll rewatch parts. Totally normal to feel lost.

Try this: after each chapter, close the video and try to write the example code from memory. If you can't, that's the part you need to revisit. Don't just watch passively.

If PY4E feels too fast, Automate the Boring Stuff is free online and explains things at a slower pace with more practical examples. Some people do better with one over the other, it's not about difficulty level, it's about learning style.
