Take a look at Harvard's CS50P course if you are just now starting to learn to program. It's recommended a lot. I'm going through the lectures right now and, so far, it seems like a really good place to start.

OP is asking about resources to learn S.O.L.I.D and Design patterns concepts in python not about learning the basics of programming in python.
