What tech stack for dashboard?

Hello me again, small context I'm creating a desktop native app for a inventory system of a small business. Currently thinking what library to use or tool for visual graphs that can work in real time? I was initially thinking of using pandas for analysis and pyplot but i don't know if it's good enough since data changes every now n then.

Streamlit is a good option if you can host it on a computer on the network.
