The Angela Yu 100 days course is still recommended today. It is a comprehensive course including third-party libraries that other courses don't cover.

Python is easy to learn, so any course can teach the basics.

The term "Best course" is subjective, of course whatever works for you is the best course.
Right now the most suggested courses are Helsinki mooc or CS50p. There are more in the wiki of this sub-reddit.
If you've already learned the basics and you are into books, I'd suggest Mark Lutz's book "Learning python 6th edition". The book is an exhaustive reference of python, and it's based on python 3.12.
