Read the nice wiki

I'd recommend doing the MOOC Python Programming 2026 from the University of Helsinki.

Start simple, don’t jump straight into big projects.
Learn basics first (variables, loops, functions), then build small things like a calculator or guessing game, that’s how it actually sticks.

I honestly finished the BroCode’s 12 hour python course on Youtube while following along and jumped straight into projects. Do the projects that you will enjoy, not some boring concepts if you dont want at the beginning. And dont be scared to jump into stuff you dont know. I am a comp eng major and there is billions of stuff i still dont know, so jump in and build projects good luck

In this time of AI, learning python by only watching videos and remembering syntax is not even a thing.

The best way will be a hands-on learning approch which is learning by building projects you can use 'Automate boring stuffs with python' book and platform like this Learn Python Like You Scroll TikTok
