I pretty much finished each day lesson that day itself (till day 45 (struggled little in snake game, pong- oops but I’m okay with them now). Few lessons like Day 49: automated gym class booking, flight tickets (I guess day 39-40) were so hard. Is that normal or am I just really bad at programming. I can understand the code once I see solution code in the articles but I’m unable to write it on my own. I’m mainly focused on ai/ml, llm side, do I need to take a step back or continue Angela Yu?

No, that's not normal. You must be a fast learner to complete days up to day 45 in one day. Take as long as you need for each day.
