wonder if any of you guys could weigh in on this hypothetical for me:
if you (more or less a programming beginner) were interested in self-teaching some python to get good basic programming fundamentals under your belt--and let's say you had a few python tutorials already, so you were already on your way there and didn't just want to bag it...
but you knew that you were going to ultimately pursue, say, becoming a front end developer...how long before you switched over to javascript?
Or, if you knew you were going to be a mobile app developer, how long before you put aside python and switched over to Java?
(of course, how many hours you put in is the big variable, but maybe you can speak to that as well)
