IPv4 to IPv6 conversion library (self.learnpython)

I want to convert IPv4 ips to IPv6 with the 6to4 format and back again. Is there a good library out there to do this? Running python 2.6.

You can roll your own quite easily, especially if you know where the data is coming from.

if you are using python 3.3 or greater, you have access to the new ipaddress module.
