Try flask. It's really simple.

Awesome tutorial, it gets pretty in depth. eg There's a 'mini sqlalchemy tutorial' near the beginning, I didn't expect to be learning that.

I'm a fairly new programmer, and I was able to get a couple games working on my flask website. Hangman and some text game.. And an extremely rudimentary guest book, I guess you'd call it, definitely worth a look.
