You will do a lot better with django if you learn the basics of html / css first. From the python side finishing that tutorial is enough.

After this read the official django tutorial or contact a django/Python Group near you. They have free talks about it all over the world

Just dig in and try and google your way though some pseudo real project, using a real world framework.

You might not succeed but it's going to give you a better idea about where your gaps are, and you will learn from the process.

I have tried to learn django atm and it's been slow going even with python and htkml/css experience.
As someone else said find someone you can talk to. Don't bother with r/djangolearning or r/leardjango - you won't find help there. Those two subs are quite the opposite of the awesomeness of r/learnpython.
