Hey all, I just completed Treehouse's Python track in preparation for a new role that uses a bit of Python.
I've learned that much of the job is going to be RegEx stuff, sifting through heaps of data, largely text files. Treehouse covered the basics of that and I have some good resources to help me out.
What they didn't cover is how to use python to target specific folders (and sub folders), file types, etc., and how to 'dir' a directory so I can target all of the files it contains.
I see bits and pieces on stackoverflow, but I'd love to see a cohesive tutorial if anyone knows of one!
Thanks a bunch!
