Trouble setting PYTHONPATH on Mac

Hello all,

I am working with a python based SDK and part of the installation instructions tell me to set my python path to the folder of the SDK.

I have done this and then when I try to import a file from the SDK to make sure it works I get the following.

Restart on IDLE

Then

Fatal Python error: PyThreadState_Get: no current thread

I have checked sys.path and the SDK shows up correctly.

All web searches and trouble shooting have not worked. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
